In San Rafael, a home decor business is making a big move. The Still Collective has taken over a large former FedEx building. This space is much bigger than their current one. They will now have 28, 500 square feet to work with. That's a lot more room than their current 6, 400 square feet. The company started small in 2019 with just two people. Now, they do more than just home staging. They also offer interior design and project management. Their style is all about natural materials and earthy colors. They want to create spaces that feel cozy and interesting. Last year, they opened two new shops. One is in Mill Valley, and the other is in Fairfax. They already had a store in San Anselmo. This shows they are growing fast. The founder, Lori Sperling, used to work in finance. She started this business after being a stay-at-home mom for many years. She wants to support other women in business. That's why they call it a "collective. " The new lease deal was handled by Theo Banks and Nathan Ballard. They represented The Still Collective. Matt Brown and Cess Cecchin worked for the property owner.
