After selling a home, they plan to keep earning money from services like loans, warranties, and upkeep. This could make them more than just a builder—it could turn them into a long-term housing partner. Traditional homebuilding is slow and messy. Workers face weather delays and supply shortages. Factories, on the other hand, control quality and timing. By copying car and phone assembly lines, this company wants to fix a broken system. Whether they can pull it off remains to be seen.
