Angelina Jolie Steps into Ukraine's War Zone

Jolie praised the courage and unity of the people in these regions, who face danger every day but refuse to give up. Kherson, once home to nearly 300, 000 people, is now one of the most dangerous places in Ukraine. Russian forces occupied it for eight months before withdrawing to the other side of the Dnipro River. A United Nations investigation recently reported that Russia has been using drones to target civilians near the front lines. This has forced thousands of people to flee, which the U.
