Baseline Studios Launches New Creative Hub for Content Creators
Josiah Kowles started a tech startup back in January. He was gearing up to roll out a social media push. But finding a spot to make regular content felt tricky. Weekly rentals were too pricey. So he decided to buy The Studio Hampton Roads in June. That property spanned both Suffolk and Virginia Beach areas.
The old name didn't cut it anymore. Kowles explained that the earlier identity was too limited, centered solely on photo work. It failed to show his true direction. He went ahead and bought the building because it already had a big local presence and knew customers well. The former Virginia Beach address stood at 2513 N. Landing Road beside Kellam High School. It was compact and struggled with heating problems. So he found another building nearby at 2310 Princess Anne Road and shut down the old spot.
