Bengals Miss Higgins in Philly Showdown

The Cincinnati Bengals will face the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday without their star wide receiver, Tee Higgins. Higgins' absence follows a quad injury he picked up late in the week, after being labeled questionable. He's been a key player for the Bengals, missing the first two games of the 2024 season due to a hamstring injury but making a strong comeback. In five games, Higgins has caught 29 passes for 341 yards and three touchdowns, proving to be a favorite target for quarterback Joe Burrow. Notably, he's surpassed 75 receiving yards in each of the last three games, notably against the Baltimore Ravens, New York Giants, and Cleveland Browns. Other Bengals players, like offensive tackle Orlando Brown Jr. and safety Geno Stone, have been nursing injuries but are expected to play this Sunday. Unfortunately, safety Daijahn Anthony, defensive end Cedric Johnson, tight end Tanner McLauchlan, and defensive tackle Jay Tufele will also be inactive alongside Higgins.
