This makes it easier for ions to move around. Other molecules, like TFSI-, DEC, and EMC, do the opposite. The team also found that certain traits, like HallKierAlpha and MaxPartialCharge, can help predict which electrolytes will work best. This makes it easier to find good electrolytes without testing every single one. By using computer simulations and AI, scientists can now find better electrolytes faster.
