Discovering Blade’s New Power in Honkai: Star Rail

The upcoming 4. 3 update for the galaxy‑themed RPG Honkai: Star Rail will hit servers on June 1. Players can expect a fresh chapter titled “Submerged in the River of the Living” that pushes the story of the Ideal Paradise further. In this narrative, the hero Blade steps into a painted realm to confront the looming threat of Lord Ravager Asat Pramad and the sealing force known as the Aeon of Voracity. A major highlight is the addition of a 5‑star fire character named Blade, the Thousand‑Night. This version of Blade can place a protective barrier that boosts damage output while active. When his ultimate is used, he transforms into an even stronger form with new skills and a more powerful finish. The character also benefits from a system that charges when teammates strike enemies, automatically triggering extra abilities and restoring energy.The “Gift of the Forged Sword” event will reward those who acquire Blade, the Thousand‑Night through the Warp mechanic with a free outfit called “Karma of the Other Shore. ” Early in the event, players will revisit the Hyokwang area, while later stages feature temporary returns of characters Kirene and Painon. Beyond new characters, the update introduces a “Spirit Amusement Park” activity inside the painted world. Players take on a planning role, building rides and pathways to attract spirits for unique gameplay moments. A new “Star‑Rise” mode also expands core combat scenarios like Memory of Chaos, Pure Fiction, and Apocalyptic Shadow. Teams that clear three distinct stages with perfect scores earn 100 Stellar Jades each, totaling 300 extra rewards. In addition to in‑game content, a partnership with the electronics brand UGREEN is announced, and hints of a large collaboration event tied to the Holy Grail War suggest more surprises this summer.
