Doug Durham, one of the co-founders, is stepping back from daily operations but will still offer strategic advice. Brian Zimmer, who's been with the company since 2010, is now the Chief Strategy Officer on top of his role as Chief Product Officer. He's helped launch over 60 startups and products and worked with more than 750 organizations. Lori McCarthy, who joined in 2011, is now the Chief Delivery Officer. She'll make sure the company's projects deliver real value while keeping partners happy and the team sustainable. Chad Michel, also a long-time member since 2010, is now the Chief Technology Officer. He's been a major part of creating the software engineering framework for over 200 successful products. Andy Unterseher, who's been with the company since 2011, is now the Chief Engineer.
