Don't Panic Labs has recently reshuffled its leadership team, promoting six key figures to new roles. This move comes after the company's successful buyout of Nebraska Global in 2022, which gave the team full control over its future. Doug Durham, one of the co-founders, is stepping back from daily operations but will still offer strategic advice. He's been around since the start in 2010 and has been a big part of shaping the company's culture. Bill Udell is now a Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer. He's been with the company since 2014 and will focus on building a strong company culture and developing leaders. Brian Zimmer, who's been with the company since 2010, is now the Chief Strategy Officer on top of his role as Chief Product Officer. He's helped launch over 60 startups and products and worked with more than 750 organizations. Lori McCarthy, who joined in 2011, is now the Chief Delivery Officer. She'll make sure the company's projects deliver real value while keeping partners happy and the team sustainable. Chad Michel, also a long-time member since 2010, is now the Chief Technology Officer. He's been a major part of creating the software engineering framework for over 200 successful products. Andy Unterseher, who's been with the company since 2011, is now the Chief Engineer. He'll oversee the integration of development roles and make sure products are built to last. Don't Panic Labs was founded in 2010 and helps turn innovators' ideas into reality through product management, design, and software engineering. The company supports entrepreneurs and development teams in navigating the complex world of software. With these new roles, the leadership team is ready to take on new challenges and continue to innovate.
