Kendrick Lamar is leading the pack with nine nominations, showing that Grammy voters are big fans of his work. Lady Gaga isn't far behind with seven nods, tying with producers Jack Antonoff and Cirkut. It's a big year for new artists too, with Leon Thomas surprising everyone with six nominations, tying with Sabrina Carpenter, Serban Ghenea, and Bad Bunny. Bad Bunny is making waves, with nominations in all three of the top categories: album, record, and song of the year. He's not alone, though. Lamar, Gaga, and Carpenter are also in the running for a big win. But don't expect anyone to sweep all four all-genre categories, as the best new artist category is filled with performers who didn't get much love elsewhere. Fans of the "Kpop Demon Hunters" franchise were happy to see "Golden" get four nominations, including a coveted nod for song of the year. But some big hits are missing from the Grammys this year, like Morgan Wallen's "I'm the Problem" and Taylor Swift's "The Life of a Showgirl. " It's been a down year for hip-hop commercially, but that didn't stop Grammy voters from giving the genre greater representation. Beyond Lamar's big showing, Doechii, Clipse, and Tyler, the Creator all landed a solid five nominations each. But country was very much underrepresented, with nary a nomination in any of the four all-genre categories. The Grammys will return to CBS and Paramount+ on Feb. 1 with a live broadcast and stream starting at 8 p. m. ET/5 PT. Here's how it shook out in all of the Grammys' 95 categories:
