For a while now, Apple's iPhones have been looking pretty similar. The iPhone 16 didn't shake things up much, with only some minor changes like slightly bigger screens for the 'Pro' models. Some people might say these designs are getting a bit boring, and it's tough to tell new models apart from old ones, even with all the new features inside. However, a recent leak might show a big change for the iPhone 17.
A tipster named Majin Bu shared an image of what could be the back panel of the iPhone 17. This panel has a horizontal visor, similar to Google's Pixel phones, with a camera cutout on one end and an LED flash cutout on the right. The image shows just one camera cutout, which is unusual if this is the base iPhone 17 or even the iPhone 17 Plus, as we'd expect two. But Apple is a big company, and they might be testing different designs before settling on one.
We can't be sure if this image is real, and seeing only one camera cutout makes us a bit unsure. Apple could go with this design, but it's best to take this leak with a grain of salt and wait for more updates.
