Researchers picked 12 articles and found that there's a lot of tension around what it means to be a lesbian. Some folks worry about being judged, while others see a big split between different generations. There's also a big debate about whether lesbian communities should include trans people, and some people are even talking about what comes after being a lesbian. The study found that there's a lot of different opinions on how important specific identities are. Some people want clear, united communities, while others like the idea of more flexible, inclusive identities. Despite all this, lesbian communities are still really important. They just face new challenges as society and politics change. This research encourages open talks and trying to understand each other better within the LGBTQIA+ community.
