Meghan Markle, known for her role in the TV show Suits, has put her upcoming Netflix series "With Love, Meghan" on hold. This decision comes after she was seen helping those affected by the wildfires in Los Angeles. The show, which was set to premiere on January 15, will now start on March 4. Meghan, who is from Southern California, wanted more time to focus on the relief efforts. The show is about cooking, gardening, and shopping, and is a tribute to the beauty of Southern California. Meghan and her husband Prince Harry have a deal with Netflix through their production company Archewell Productions. On Friday, they visited the Pasadena Convention Center to meet people who had been displaced by the fires. They thanked first responders and helped distribute meals through the nonprofit World Central Kitchen. This isn't the first time Meghan and Prince Harry have helped out. They've done similar work through their Archewell Foundation. The fires in Los Angeles have been devastating. The Palisades Fire has burned over 23, 000 acres and is 16% contained. The Eaton Fire in Pasadena/Altadena has burned over 14, 000 acres and is now 27% contained. Sadly, at least 16 people have died in these fires, and that number might rise.
