Want to give back while munching on some treats? Head over to St. Terrence in Blue Island or St. Albert the Great Church in Burbank. They’re hosting fish fries every Friday until March 22! Whether you prefer fried or baked, there's something for everyone. If fish isn’t your thing, no problem – they have other options too! Dine-in or take out, the choice is yours.
Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Palos Heights invites you to their Lenten suppers on Wednesdays until March 27. The meal includes an entree, side dishes, dessert, and drinks for a freewill offering. Plus, they’re having special Lenten services both online and offline featuring characters from the Gospel of Mark.
St. George Parish in Tinley Park is holding fair trade sales after Masses on March 2 and 3. Grab some coffee, tea, or hot cocoa while supporting a good cause. They’re also organizing a prayer service to heal the world of violence on March 10 – join them if you want to make a difference.
