The Pittsburgh Steelers outdid the New York Giants 26-18 on Monday night at Acrisure Stadium. The first half was slow, with both teams relying on field goals, ending 9-9. Things heated up when Calvin Austin III, 25, scored a 73-yard punt return touchdown. He followed up with a 29-yard pass catch from QB Russell Wilson. Austin is only the second player in three seasons to score both receiving and punt return touchdowns in one game. The Giants attempted a comeback with a 45-yard run by rookie Tyrone Tracy Jr. , but failed their two-point conversion. The game turned when Steelers' TJ Watt forced a fumble from Giants' QB Daniel Jones, which was recovered by Watt himself. The Giants' defense managed to force a punt, but Jones' pass was intercepted by Steelers' cornerback Beanie Bishop Jr. , sealing the win. The Steelers are now on a three-game win streak, leading the AFC North with a 6-2 record, while the Giants face the Commanders next week.
