That's what Japanese company Science Co. has created with their AI-powered shower pod, called the Mirai Ningen Sentakuki. This enclosed shower chamber uses sensors to measure your pulse and other biological metrics, ensuring the perfect bathing temperature. It then blasts you with high-speed water jets containing tiny air bubbles that pop and create powerful pressure waves to clean your skin. But that's not all. The pod is also equipped with an AI system that analyzes your stress levels and projects calming videos to help you relax. This technology might sound new, but it's actually inspired by a machine from the 1970 Japan World Exposition. The company plans to showcase the Mirai Ningen Sentakuki at Expo 2025 in Osaka and eventually release a home edition.
