Colin Farrell returns as Oswald Cobblepot, aka The Penguin, in the spin-off series set a week after The Batman. In Gotham City on the brink of chaos, Cobblepot must battle Cristin Milioti's Sofia Falcone (The Hangman) and Rhenzy Feliz's Victor Aguilar to claim his spot as kingpin. He will rise above rivals through brutality or find an unlikely ally in Victor.
