UBS Keeps Buy Rating on Xinjiang Goldwind with High Price Target

Hong KongMon Aug 31 2026

UBS analysts said they still think Xinjiang Goldwind is a good buy. They kept their Buy rating and set a price goal of HK$26.90 for each share. The team believes the firm has room to grow. The recommendation stays unchanged from the earlier report.

Last Thursday the stock closed at HK$10.04. That is far below the target price UBS gave. Investors might wonder why the market price is lower than the analyst target. The gap between current price and target is about HK$16.86.

Other experts also like the stock. The average rating among analysts is Strong Buy, and their average price target is HK$17.72. This shows a broad positive view across the industry. The average target is higher than the current Thursday close.

Looking at the latest quarter ending June 30, the company made HK$33.23 billion in revenue and earned HK$1.83 billion in profit. A year earlier, revenue was HK$19.06 billion and profit was HK$919.3 million. The numbers show a clear jump in both sales and earnings compared to the previous year. Both revenue and profit increased by roughly seventy‑five percent and ninety‑nine percent respectively.
