Ukraine Gets a Financial Boost for Energy and Water

Ukraine is getting a big financial helping hand to keep its energy and water systems running smoothly. The European Investment Bank (EIB) and Naftogaz, Ukraine's main energy company, have just signed a deal to provide hundreds of millions of euros.
