Ukrainian Kamikaze Cars: Robots vs. Russian Troops

Ukraine's fight against Russia is ongoing and has lasted over 3 years now. The country leaders are always looking for new ways to use technology in the battlefield. Advanced vehicles called "kamikaze cars" are making waves in Ukraine's war effort. They are equipped with machine guns and controlled remotely. These cars allow Ukraine soldiers to surprise and engage Russian troops without having their own soldiers in the direct spotlight of danger. This isn't the first time Ukraine has used remote controlled machines in battle. A ground assault in 2024 is the first known attack to be performed by machines instead of soldiers. They used kamikaze drones that could explode just as they got near Russian soldiers. These kamikaze drones were even seen destroying Russian vehicles as long ago as last year. They have been a huge help in the war, providing Ukraine with a way to fight back without using their own soldiers on the frontlines. A spokesperson from the Ukraine team said, ""We're trying to use machines as much as possible to do the risky jobs like reconnaissance and clearing operations. We can afford to lose machines. We cannot stand the risk of losing soldiers. " ! ! ! Using machines in war is nothing new. Movies and books have been using this concept for a long time, but using them in a real battlefield is a new idea that is unfolding in the Ukraine/Russian war. Machines are much less expensive than losing a life. !
