UMusic Hotel Set to Launch on London’s Historic Denmark Street in 2026
UMusic Hospitality & Lifestyle together with Outernet London announced a new hotel that will open on Denmark Street in central London during the last quarter of 2026. It will be the first UMusic hotel in the United Kingdom and the second one in Europe, after the Madrid location opened in 2022. The venue is planned for the Q4 of 2026.
The hotel will sit inside Outernet’s entertainment zone, which already hosts live music spots such as Outernet Live and The Lower Third. UMusic will also create new food ideas and lounge areas as part of the wider project. It will take charge of running and programming The Lower Third, a basement venue that holds about two hundred people, working closely with Universal Music Group and its artists.
Jordi Solé, the head of UMusic, said the street has been a historic hub for musicians for many years. He wants to celebrate that legacy by building hospitality experiences that spark creativity, help new talent, and keep the area vibrant for the future.
Philip O’Ferrall, chief of Outernet, added that music has always driven the company’s vision. He believes mixing the old musical roots with modern screens and sound tech will give fans and artists a fresh way to connect.
