Unlocking Tech Futures for Jackson Youth

Jackson State University is giving local high school students a chance to explore the world of artificial intelligence through a free bootcamp.

The program, founded by Mark Cuban, aims to prepare students for a changing workforce and make AI more accessible to everyone.

Over three Saturdays this fall, students will gain hands-on experience with generative AI tools in fields like healthcare, business, and the arts.

Meals, transportation, and technology will be provided for free, making it easy for students to participate.

The bootcamp is a great opportunity for students to explore real-world applications of AI and complete a capstone project.

JSU Senior Director for AI Initiatives Alisa Mosely says the program will open doors for young people to explore technology and innovation in ways that can change their futures.
