Laura Reed, a well-known expert in global security and U. S. foreign policy, is set to discuss the future of nuclear weapons in a world full of challenges. She has also taught at Mount Holyoke and Hampshire colleges and served as the assistant director of the Five College Program in Peace and World Security Studies.
