Venu Welcomes New Investor Relations Leader
Colorado, USATue Mar 31 2026
Venu Holding Corporation, a company that builds and runs live music venues across the United States, has appointed Sarah Rothschild as its new senior vice president of strategic finance and investor relations.
The move comes after Venu announced that the Colorado‑based firm would bring in Rothschild from Madison Square Garden Entertainment to help shape its financial future.
In her new role, she will focus on attracting institutional investors and creating plans to raise capital while also managing the company’s treasury and financial communications.
Rothschild’s past experience includes overseeing investor relations for Madison Square Garden Sports, which owns the Knicks and Rangers, as well as Sphere Entertainment before it became a separate entity.
Before joining Madison Square Garden, she worked as an investment analyst at Select Equity Group and earlier began her career in mergers and acquisitions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she performed financial due diligence for corporate and private equity clients.
Venu’s founder, J. W. Roth, highlighted that Sarah’s background in public companies within the live entertainment sector is a valuable asset as the company scales.
He said that her knowledge will help position growth, strengthen institutional ties, and strategically deploy capital as Venu expands its venue portfolio nationwide.
Founded in 2017, Venu owns and operates outdoor amphitheaters with fire‑pit suites that investors can buy shares in, similar to luxury hotel condo units.
The company is currently developing projects in Colorado, Texas and Oklahoma slated for opening in 2026, with plans to operate 25 amphitheaters and 15 indoor complexes by 2030.
