For those who want to learn more about conducting, the International Conductors Guild is hosting a workshop. The North Little Rock Community Concert Band is wrapping up their season with a special performance. They'll be playing music that celebrates different occasions from around the world. Boswell Mourot Fine Art is showcasing works by Mark Blaney, Soyoon Ahn, and Sharon Locke. The University of Central Arkansas is also hosting a senior exhibition featuring the work of their BA/BFA students. History buffs won't want to miss "Town in Conflict" at Historic Washington State Park. They'll be exploring life in Southwest Arkansas during the Civil War. You can watch a re-enactment of the 1864 skirmish at Prairie D’Ane Battlefield and learn about civilian life during the war.
